Call for abstracts

Abstracts must be sent via email at romanian_rsa@yahoo.com specifying in the email’s subject: CERS Abstract

Deadline: 20 September 2025

Extended deadline: 10 October 2025

Each participant may send maximum two abstracts.

For the ordinary sessions (general themes) the abstract must not exceed 450 words. Please include: Title, Name of author(s), Affiliation(s) and, at the end of abstract, Keywords.

For the special sessions, including young scientist sessions, besides the short abstract (max. 450 words), an extended abstract is required, with the length between 800 and 1600 words.

The young scientists who want to compete for the Young Scientist Best Paper Award must also submit the full paper (deadline for full paper: 15 October).

The confirmation of abstract acceptance will be sent, also by email, no later than 25 September.

A printed Abstract Book with ISBN will be provided to all participants.
